OPEN TO ONLY FOURTEEN PARTICIPANTS
  • Learn how patience and open ears increase competency in your conversations to minimise interjections, interrupting, dismissals, verbal diarrhoea (with or without a point), and assumptions. Gain so much more out of real dialoguing.
  • Benefit from the skills of active hearing, and listening to improve compression and following instructions, for improved interactions. Become accurate in your perceptions by correctly ‘following instructions’. Very in demand skills.
  • Command of communication methodology with wide applicability when speaking with individuals, teams and organisations as a leader or member of the team; in all contexts to meet your specific outcomes.
  • Tangible insights into your instrument, safe vocal practices and positive approach to practical, physical, technical and mindful skills.
  • Learning how non-violent conversations improve your life, and relationships. Make a habit of being mindful with your choice of words in everyday conversations. Remove words slipping in that can be sexist, prejudice, rude and negative.
  • Deepen self-awareness to enable proactive thinking and actions in tenuous, awkward or abusive situations. Resulting in an inward calm, clear thinking on your feet, especially when the unexpected happens. Initiating ‘verbal self-defence’ when required.
  • Practice minimising reactions to anxiety, fear, bullying to become emotionally balanced for private and public speaking. Unbalanced emotions can cause barking, quick conclusions, dismissals and one to negate of the other person(s).
  • Know how to free yourself from negative mindsets: yours and other’s influence.
  • Develop a ‘practice routine’ for your individual needs which include physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of communicating. Especially important for communicators, actors and presenters who work with various cultures, and international audiences.
  • Tackle more challenging presentations, meetings, groups and performances with solid ground, ease of thought, and confidence.
  • Master a Yoga class developed by Cilica, Yoga Therapist, RYTP — By the end of the six-day intensive, you will have turned the yoga, meditation and mindfulness into your sequence through personal modifications.
  • Incorporate the benefits of yoga into your posture, movement, breathing, composure, focus and quicker thinking for leadership roles, management, team building and excelling at understanding and creating instructions.

Entrepreneurs, Upper Management, Leaders – you are in a position of authority; your words are heard and interpreted by everyone whom you speak. Coming across as you intend is most important.

Business & Professional Communicators – how and what you say has an impact and actions taken on your words. Save time avoiding misunderstanding by being precise, easy to follow and thorough with directions, summaries and general communications.

Actors & Broadcasters – connect to who you portray with a deep awareness of how you present yourself, clarity of voice and diction (or not) with body awareness and movement.

Coaches, Trainers & Presenters – coming across effective, coherent, engaged and fully understanding your clients and your audiences is most important

University & College Students – enhance your studies with the skills of confident public speaking and presentation to improve your grades.

Personal Communicators (Everyone) – communicating begins on a personal level. Confidence and sincerity in sharing your experiences, ideas and concerns are important but communicating is also about listening, an interaction — not one way. When you can also listen you become prolific.
